Q. When will I receive my InteleTravel
Agent ID Card? |

A. Once
you enroll, you will receive instructions to send
us a passport size photo online or by mail, so we
can issue your Travel Agent ID Card. Once we
receive your photo, your card will be issued and
mailed to you within ten business days. We even
send you a reminder if you forget to take care of
this. Rush delivery service is available through
info@homevacationbusiness.com,
for an additional fee. |

Q. Do I have to take a test or take
classes? |
|

A. There
are no tests and no classes required. You are only
required to read our training materials, which you
can do in a few hours at home. However,
InteleTravel.com highly encourages further travel
education, and we give you access to many online
courses, live events, respected industry
organizations and other training resources (most of
which are complimentary, or at a nominal fee paid
to others). Remember, this is travel - and these
are fun, experiential courses and events like
seminars on cruise ships or theme dinner trade
shows, not dry boring classroom stuff. The more you
learn, the more you earn! |

Q. What is a
PIN? |
|

A. Your
PIN is a 7-digit Personal Identification Number.
This PIN is for internal use at InteleTravel.com
only, to track your travel purchases, sales,
commissions and Refer A Friend fees. It is also
required for you to access the Agents Only area of
our website. Also, when calling or emailing
InteleTravel, it's a good idea do give us your PIN.
It's important to note that your 7-digit PIN is
only used with InteleTravel and does not need to be
provided when calling hotels, cruiselines, and
other suppliers. |

Q. When will I receive my
PIN/Username? |

A. You
will receive an email confirmation of your
enrollment within 24 hours that will include your
PIN and a Password for access to the Agents Only
section of the website. We also send a text only
email as a double measure. IMPORTANT: Add
info@homevacationbusiness.com
to your email address book or Spam filter to
keep our emails to you from being caught in your
junk folder. |

Q. Can I change my PIN and
Password? |
|

A. PINs
cannot be changed. However, you can change your
Password to something more memorable, by selecting
the My Profile link from the Agents Only area of
InteleTravel.com. |

Q. How do I log in to the
Website? |
|
 |
|
A. Go to
www.inteletravel.com and enter your PIN and
Password in the Login area at the bottom right of
the screen. |

Q. How do I earn
commissions? |
|
 |
|
A. Commissions on travel sales are paid to
the Independent Travel Agent for bookings of
airline tickets, cruises, hotels, car rentals,
vacation and tour packages, travel insurance and
more, with almost all suppliers worldwide, to
nearly every destination in the world. You can book
most travel conveniently through our online
reservation systems. But our program also allows
you the flexibility to call suppliers directly,
book on suppliers' websites and utilize most other
available methods subject to InteleTravel
guidelines and instructions. Your customers can
even go to your personalized InteleTravel website
and do the booking themselves. And you still earn
your full commission. When you enroll, we will
provide you with an in-depth tutorial and easy step
by step instructions for selling travel and earning
commissions. |

Q. How much commission will I earn and when
is it paid? |
|
 |
|
A. As a
new Agent you will be paid 70% of the commissions
paid to InteleTravel.com for your bookings, with no
sales quota or qualifications required. You can
increase your share to 80% and more by achieving
certain goals. Supplier commissions range from 8 -
20% of the travel purchase (not including taxes and
fees), with most in the 10-15% range. See our
examples on the Earn More screen for simple
calculations of how much you can earn. (Subject to
the complete Terms & Conditions of your
Independent Contractor
Agreement.) |

Q. What is the difference between the
InteleTravel Agent ID Card and an IATAN ID
Card? |
|
 |
|
A. The
InteleTravel Agent ID Card identifies you as an
Independent Travel Agent with InteleTravel. It
bears the 8-digit International Airlines Transport
Association (IATA) number issued to InteleTravel.
The IATA number on the InteleTravel Agent ID Card
is used for tracking purposes by travel industry
vendors in order to pay commissions or extend
travel agent privileges and discounts to
InteleTravel's Independent Agents. You should
determine in advance of booking what an individual
vendor requires to extend travel agent privileges
or discounted rates. Extending travel agent
privileges and discounts are matters of discretion
with travel industry vendors that may depend upon
space availability and other
factors. |

Q. Are there any costs at all for the
personalized travel
websites? |
|
 |
|
A. Nope.
NO design or set up fees – which normally could be
hundreds or even thousands. NO monthly hosting fees
– other companies charge $20 - $100 per month. So
with these new personalized websites, you not only
earn thousands, but you save thousands too. And we
do the work for you! |

Q. Are your prices higher or lower than
Travelocity, Expedia or other travel
websites? |
|

|
A. At the top level of the
travel industry, where InteleTravel competes with
the best known brands, we all have the same
technology and are accessing the same data.
However, we believe that we do some important
things the others can’t or just won’t.
InteleTravel’s systems access airfare consolidators
and hotel consolidators, multiple GDS (global
distribution systems for airfares), and other
sources not used by the brand names. Why? Some of
those brands are owned by a GDS and cannot access
their competition, or they are just too big or too
automated. There are no live people at the other
end of the transaction who really care about your
travel arrangements. So you can expect the SAME
PRICES as those other guys OR BETTER. Plus, you
will sometimes find availability on our site, when
theirs show none. Comparing fares and travel
pricing is not as easy as it seems, however. The
slightest difference in search parameters (dates,
room type, class of service, passenger age, etc.)
can translate into a comparison that is not “apples
to apples” and a big discrepancy in price. With
thousands of Travel Agents and millions of
customers shopping for rates, timing is also an
important issue – even a few minutes can mean a
capacity controlled fare or a room are just no
longer available, and result in an incorrect
comparison.
For our Agents, of course, it doesn’t make sense
for you to book anywhere else because only
InteleTravel.com will you pay you a commission on
your own travel as well as all the travel your
friends, family and other customers
purchase. |

Q. Can I cancel my
enrollment? |
|

|
A. You are
not obligated to remain in our Agent program for
any period of time. Unlike a health club or other
memberships, you may leave whenever you like and
